The COVID-19 vaccine eligibility is now opened up the rest of Phase 1b for the Winnebago County community (this includes those age 65 and up, individuals enrolled in Medicaid long-term care programs as well as many occupations that provide direct service to the public such as: health care, educators & child care workers, congregative living facility staff and residents, law enforcement, fire personnel, first responders, transit drivers, food chain supply, etc.)
