CEDAR CREST FLAVOR CREATION CONTEST

4H clubs should be encouraged to create an ice cream flavor and submit it to Cedar Crest!  White Cedars club members took time at a club meeting to create an ideal ice cream flavor. They shared their creation as part of an ice breaker.  All flavors were listed and members voted on the top flavor creations. The top four/five flavors were mixed/created (at home) and brought in for sampling at the next club meeting.  Members sampled the ice cream creations and voted on the top flavor.
Deadline for the 2021 Cedar Crest Flavor Creation Contest is November 12th!  More info here:  https://wis4hfoundation.org/cedar-crest-ice-cream-flavor-creation-contest/

NEW CLOVERBUD WORKSHOPS AND RECORD BOOK FOR 2021-22
Beginning in November, ALL Cloverbuds will have the opportunity to attend a fun activity workshop each month!  All of the activities are put together in a brand new Cloverbud Record Book where they can check off their projects completed and reflect on their progress throughout the year.  Each Cloverbud will receive their very own spiral bound record /activity book at their first project meeting.  The workshops are not mandatory, but they are a great way for Cloverbuds to dip their toes into many project areas.  Sessions will be led by Sarah Thompson.  Parents are welcome and a parent helper would be great!  All workshops will be held at JPCC at 6:30PM.  More info to come.
