Helping Kids Develop Good Self-Control is a new program designed to teach parents strategies to help their children build self-control.
This four-part training will take place on Zoom. Join us Wednesdays from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm beginning October 21st and ending November 11th. You do not need to attend all four sessions, though you are welcome to do so! The content from each session will make sense on its own.

- October 21: Helping Your Child Handle Big Feelings focuses on self-control related to feelings.
- October 28: Helping Your Child Listen and Follow Directions focuses on self-control related to behavior.
- November 4: Helping Your Child Focus and Stick with Hard Things focuses on self-control related to focusing and persisting.
- November 11: Helping Your Child Stay Healthy and Strong focuses on self-control related to physical health.
