VOLUNTEER TRAINING AND BACKGROUND CHECK REMINDER
All volunteers re-enrolling this year need to complete the online training “Supporting You Supporting Youth.” This is an annual training requirement. Also, some volunteers will need to renew their background checks. If you need to renew your background check, be sure to check your email for a link from HireRight. Per UW Madison, all re-enrolling volunteer training and background checks must be completed by December 1, or your volunteer status will be considered inactive and you will not be able to act in any volunteer capacity with our 4-H youth.
Please reach out to Dana Berger with any questions.

4-H THRIVING SURVEY
The WI 4-H program is currently collecting feedback from members 13 and older about their 4-H experience, and we would really appreciate hearing from your child(ren). This feedback will help us better understand the impact of our 4-H program and how we can continue to improve.
We are collecting this feedback through the 4-H Thriving Survey. The survey information and personalized link was sent to your family email recently. If you cannot find this email, you may want to check your junk email. It takes just 10-15 minutes to complete this survey and responses will be kept anonymous. Upon completion of the survey, youth will be entered in a drawing to win a $25 gift card. Interested in learning more about the Thriving Model? Check out the WI 4-H website.
We appreciate your help with this important initiative!

WE ARE PLANNING 2025 4-H FUN DAY!
It’s that time of year again to start lining up volunteers to teach sessions for 4-H Fun Day which will take place on February 1st. We are looking for those that have a special talent to share and would like to teach a session. We also are looking for one or two high school youth or those who maybe have served as a historian for their club that would be willing to take pictures during Fun Day. Please reach out to: dana.berger@wisc.edu
It takes a lot of volunteers to be able to offer a wide variety of sessions. Please consider sharing your time and talents!
