DIPPER SURVEY – PLEASE COMPLETE

From the Dipper Committee… As the 4-H Dipper Committee prepares for their leadership transition, we wanted to get feedback from our families and volunteers. The committee has created a survey that we would like as many of you as possible to respond to in order to provide planning information to the committee moving forward into the future of this fundraising opportunity at the fair. All responses are confidential, but we are asking for your role, club, and number of years you have been a part of our volunteer team to help put context around the responses. The survey will be open until April 30th and we encourage everyone to respond with their feedback. The survey can be found at https://forms.gle/VeDCuAyj7NbjZbeu5


FROM THE BASKET RAFFLE COMMITTEE…

Dear 4-H Club Leaders and Members,

We wanted to take this opportunity to say “Thank You!” again to those clubs that have made contributions to the the 4-H Leaders Association Basket Raffle at the fair.

The donations have been awesome! As you know, this past year we sold the most tickets ever.

The committee is reaching out to all the clubs in hopes that this coming year we can have every club participating in this fund raiser. We are aware that some clubs are small and having funds to put together a complete basket is difficult. Remember you can go out and seek donations from other sources if you choose.

If the reason your club has not participated is because of your size and lack of funds. We have a way for you to participate this year.

The Leaders Association is putting together a basket of their own and we would encourage you to contribute an item or items to this basket. The theme for this basket is centered around things that kids would like. It could be a game, fun school supplies, snacks, sweet treats, etc. We ask that you bring your item or items to the office and label them with your club name so that we can recognize your club with the basket at the fair. We need to have your items at the office by Friday, July 12th.
