Triple P (Positive Parenting Program): Family Transitions

**Please note: This is a 5-week series that runs weekly from January 6 through February 3. Please plan to attend all five classes.

This series of classes is designed for parents and caregivers who are separating or divorcing and may be experiencing distress. We focus on skills to resolve conflict with former partners and cope with stress. We’ll also share how to talk with children about divorce and help them cope with their emotions. You’ll leave with ideas for forming a new family identity and supporting your family during this change.

This class may not meet the requirement for court mandated co-parenting classes for divorcing parents. Please confirm with your county before registering for this class for that purpose.
